Shipping & Delivery
We only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.  Your order must be received a minimum of 24 hours prior to shipping.  Any order received after 1:00 pm on Tuesday, will be shipped the following week unless you specify at the end of your order that you want us to expedite shipping.  If you are outside of a two day ground zone, your order has to be shipped 2nd day air or overnight.  These options are more costly.
No signature is required to receive the package but we strongly urge the recipient to be home or make arrangements to refrigerate upon the arrival of the package.  A tracking number will be sent to the billing email you have provided once the package has shipped.
All product is shipped frozen to insure proper food safety.
The final day for shipping in 2016 is December 13.  We will ship product up until December 21, but the shipment will have to be overnighted at the customer's expense.  Our regular shipping procedures will resume on January 4, 2016.
Privacy & Security
Your personal information will not be shared with any third-party entities. The only cookies we use are for the shopping cart functionality and are not saved beyond the transaction process.
Returns & Replacements
All sales on perishable goods are final. We are not able to take returns. Please contact the store for incorrect orders or product damage for a refund or store credit.
